Sunday, 20 August marked the celebration of Fr. Peter’s last Sunday Mass in Mariukirkjan before leaving for his new teaching position in the Beda College in Rome. He was joined by Fr. Bruno from Italy, and three priests from Catalonia (Spain) who happened to be visiting the Faroe Islands. Mass was followed by church coffee during which Sr. Marisa, chairperson of the parish council, presented Fr. Peter with a gift from the parish. God bless you and guide you, Fr. Peter, as you head towards your new mission.
