On Sunday, 6th June, parishioners had the joy of seeing Leah and Joe Yves make their First Holy Communion in Mariukirkjan. They were prepared by Sr. Florence for several months. During Mass, Fr. Peter preached in Danish, English and French. The children´s hymn, “Jesus, kom inn” (Jesus, come in), was sung at Holy Communion. At the end of Mass, each child received a certificate to mark this special day, and the gift of a rosary beads, blessed by Fr. Peter.
